Ethical Guidelines

  • Members are not permitted to advertise or market our Memberships in any way that is dishonest, fraudulent, immoral, or illegal. Members are not permitted to make any claims, assurances, or endorsements that would likely mislead customers or potential members.
  • Members are obliged to abide by all relevant laws and rules. Members must abide by these laws and regulations in order to be accepted into the Program and to keep their membership status.
  • Members must give honest and comprehensive information about our memberships and its marketing when submitting information for referrals. Members are not allowed to provide any marketing opportunity in a fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading manner, nor may they make any promises or statements that cannot be followed through on.
  • Members may not persuade a client to purchase one of our memberships by offering to reimburse all or a portion of the purchase price through referrals to other clients or prospective Members.
  • Members are expected to honor a client's lack of business experience and to treat them with integrity. This can involve taking advantage of a client's age, health, disability, lack of comprehension, or language barrier, among other things.
  • Since Etfore is not a financial institution, Members are not permitted to promote it as one.
  • Members are not permitted to provide any kind of financial income or return guarantee. This covers any assurances on bonuses that prospective members of the Etfore Program might get.
  • Members should carry out their marketing and promotion efforts without violating the rights of other Members and in a spirit of fair competition.

  • Etfore requires Members to honestly and clearly identify themselves when contacting clients or potential members, and to be truthful about the nature of the memberships and the reason for the solicitation. It is expected of members to contact clients at normal hours and with courtesy. Clients may request that Members stop marketing or promoting the Memberships to them, and Members are not permitted to use coercion to do so.
  • Members are required to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard any private information that clients or potential members may supply.

  • Members should additionally guarantee that all claims or representations, whether made explicitly or indirectly, regarding the following, whether spoken orally, in writing, or visually, remain true, correct, and are not presented in a way that is deceptive, misleading, or untrue.
    (a) Etfore's memberships or the Etfore Program; (b) bonuses earned by other members, past and present; (c) bonuses that may be earned by potential members; and (d) the products made available through our memberships, their caliber, value, or standard; any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval; their effectiveness; place of origin; or any guarantee or warranty (collectively, "Representations").
  • Members must be able to substantiate such representations with facts or trustworthy proof, in addition to Clause 3.1.

  • Members are prohibited from doing any action that could damage, defame, or adversely impact Etfore's reputation, or the reputations of any of its agents or partners.
  • Members are not allowed to compare the products or marketing potential of another company in an inaccurate way. If a comparison is to be drawn, it must be supported by solid evidence or be founded on facts. Members agree not to unfairly exploit another firm's trade name, business, or product, either explicitly or implicitly, or to disparage any other company, business, or product in a false or misleading way.
  • Members shall not prepare any marketing and/or promotional materials of their own; only Etfore shall have the authority to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, advertisements, social media posts, articles, statements, photos, illustrations, and any other kind of promotional material. Members may obtain marketing materials that have been approved by Etfore by downloading them from our website or via their back office. They must only use these materials in compliance with the Membership Agreement and this Policy.
  • Members acknowledge and agree that failing to get Etfore's prior written authorization before creating any marketing materials, including any modifications to Etfore-approved materials, will be regarded as a violation of these Terms and our Compliance Policy.
  • In accordance with this Policy and/or the Membership Agreement, Members shall not use any marketing or promotional materials in connection with our Memberships.
  • Members are required to give clients accurate information on the cost of the memberships, credit terms, payment terms, after-sales support (if any), and delivery schedules.
  • Members are required to respond to inquiries from clients in a clear and correct manner. Members may only make statements and claims about our memberships to the degree that Etfore has given them permission to do so.
  • Members must disclose to potential members, when presenting Etfore's marketing opportunities and making such representations, that (a) potential bonuses from these opportunities depend on performance, time committed, skill level, etc. and can vary significantly amongst Members; and (b) any bonuses presented are not guaranteed.
  • It is expected of Members to give clients and potential Members adequate information to allow them to reasonably assess our Memberships and the chance to accrue Points as an Etfore Member.
  • Members are required to make sure that any representations they make are supported by evidence.
    Members are required to keep track of this paperwork and verification, and they must provide it to Etfore upon written request.
  • Members recognize and accept that they will not speak for the Company or the Partners in any capacity or issue any statements on their behalf. We will respond right away to any requests for comments on issues pertaining to the Company or media inquiries.
  • In accordance with Clause 3.13, Members acknowledge and agree that, in the absence of Etfore's express consent, they shall be solely liable and responsible for any remarks and/or statements they make about the Company and/or the Partners.

  • Members may only advertise and market Memberships in compliance with this Policy, the Terms, and the Membership Agreement. They are not allowed to offer Memberships to customers directly. Members are responsible for directing clients who wish to purchase any of the Memberships to the website where the Memberships can be purchased directly.
  • Our Terms will apply to all terms of sale.

  • In accordance with Clause 5.1, Etfore is empowered to ascertain whether a practice is misleading, illegal, or immoral in accordance with this Policy. observance of any additional applicable laws or regulation won't be taken into account as a defense when Etfore decides that a practice is dishonest, illegal, or immoral.
  • If a Member violates any of the provisions of this Policy, Etfore may suspend the Member's activity, cancel their membership, cancel their account, and/or deny them access to the website. Moreover, Etfore has the right to withhold all or any portion of the funds in the Member's account wallet, as well as any Points and/or other benefits to which the Member may be entitled.
  • If a Member tries to log in to their account multiple times and is unsuccessful for whatever reason, that specific account will be frozen for 24 hours for security purposes until our Technical Department takes the appropriate action and validates the account.

  • Etfore shall quickly address any complaint alleging that a Member has engaged in illegal conduct in violation of this Policy or the Membership Agreement, and shall undertake reasonable efforts to investigate the alleged breach.
  • If Etfore has cause to suspect that a Member has violated this Policy, Etfore may also look into the Member in the absence of a complaint.
  • If it is determined that a Member has violated this Policy, Etfore has the right to apply a particular remedy. Etfore shall have the right to cancel the Member's Account, Membership, and/or access to the Website if the Member disregards any remedy that Etfore may impose.
  • As per Clause 6.3, Etfore may enforce remedies, including but not limited to order cancellation, money refunds, warnings to Members, penalties, or any other measures that, in Etfore's judgment, are appropriate or required. This can also entail keeping all or any portion of the money in the Member's account wallets, as well as the revocation of any Points and/or other benefits to which the Member might be entitled.
